1. Definitions and Interpretation

a. “Personal Information” is as defined in the POPI Act.

b. “POPI” means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

c. “Processing” means any operation or activity or any set of operations including to collect, get, receive, record, organise, collate, store, update, change, retrieve, read, process, use and share your Personal Information.

d. “us”, “we”, or “our” means VHT Inc Attorneys, a company incorporated in terms of the company laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2017/084620/21.

e. “Website” means internet website at URL www.vhtlaw.co.za.

f. “You” or “user” means any person who accesses this website for any purpose.
