Associate Attorney (Corporate Law)

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years post-articles experience and the ability to manage complex contracts and business negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Advising clients on compliance and governance
• Supporting senior partners in corporate transactions

Requirements:

• LLB degree, admitted attorney in South Africa
• 3+ years corporate/commercial law experience
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
